Hello, my little friend. It is me again. I am Tue Nhi. Today, I want to learn about something new. I want to learn about my feelings. In the morning, I open my eyes slowly. I feel happy. Happy feels light. Happy feels warm. I smile at my mirror. I see my bright eyes. I like my smile. I walk to the window. I see the sun. The sun makes me happy again. Then I hear a loud sound. Boom! I feel scared. Scared feels small. Scared feels quiet. I take a deep breath. In… and out… In… and out… Now I feel calm. I feel better. Later, I go to school. I see my friends. They smile at me. I feel excited. Excited feels fast. My heart feels fast. We play together. We laugh together. Then I fall down. I feel sad. Sad feels heavy. Sad feels slow. My friend comes to me. She helps me stand up. Now I feel thankful. Thankful feels warm inside. At lunchtime, I eat with my friends. The food is good. I feel relaxed. Relaxed feels soft. Relaxed feels quiet. In the afternoon, I try something new. I draw a picture. At first, I feel nervous. Nervous feels shaky. I try again. And again. Now I feel proud. Proud feels tall inside. I look at my picture.
