Hello, my name is Lisa. I am five years old. Today is a special day. I want to be a teacher. I wake up in the morning. The sun is bright. I feel happy. I get out of bed. I wash my face. I brush my teeth. I look in the mirror. I smile. I put on my favorite dress. I take my small bag. Inside my bag, there are books, there are pencils, there is a notebook. I am ready. I go to my playroom. Today, this room is my classroom. I put a small chair in front of me. My teddy bear is there. My doll is there too. They are my students. I stand up straight. I smile gently. I say, “Hello, students.” I pick up a book. I open it slowly. I read a story. The story is fun. I point to pictures. I say the words again and again. Cat. Dog. Sun. My students listen quietly. Next, I teach numbers. One. Two. Three. I count with my fingers. I count slowly. I feel proud. I learn something new. Teachers help others learn. Later, my little cousin comes. She looks shy. I sit next to her. I speak softly. “It’s okay,” I say. I help her hold a pencil. I help her draw a circle. She smiles. I feel warm inside. In the afternoon, I play outside. I see a friend. He cannot read a word. I sit with him. I show him the letters. A. B. C. He tries again. He smiles. I smile too. I learn a big lesson today. A teacher is patient. A teacher is kind. A teacher helps others grow. At night, I lie in my bed. I think about my day. I taught my toys. I helped my cousin. I helped my friend. Maybe one day, I will be a real teacher. I close my eyes. I feel calm. Good night. See you in my next story. 🌙📖💛
